Dear Friends this may be a bit long speech so make you guys comfortable and relax,When krish sent an email I have serious concerns to attend send off functions, I will address those issues at the end of the speech or skip it. When Krish sent an email regarding this I was thinking why I should attend, If I have to attend I have to attend for Saravanan. I was going bit flash back and started thinking why should I attend, what are his values, characters, moments to attend his sendoff.
First thing came to my mind his working in onsite wipro with wipro salary, and with his expertise and knowledge and I know saravanan how much he respects/values green money and his family commitments.. .. and completing "H1B" for 6 years in wipro.I have met lot of people, when I say lot it is really mean lot of people.. and I know people coming onsite and jump within a month and once land to US and when you pick in airport or meet in rooms they first talk comes after how are you? how is the trip?.comment is how to change company!!!.we have to really appreciate his ethics and this character worth a clap.(Ethics word in tamil is Aram, the root word for aram is aran, aran means protection, Why they named aram for ethics is this gone to protect you from whatever you face in life..)
Next thing is the his commitment to the work,I have closely worked with him for Motorola RAZRI, I learned a lot from him. If I have stuck something I always goes to him to support for analysis, I can give lot of examples like the setups, git commits, even some basic questions to you can ask he won't make you feel uncomfortable.. anything under the world, if you have that kind of person in the team then you can work on any projects successfully, there is lot of appreciation from the Intel manager he gots, he is not the easy person to satisfied. Even when you ask for one thing he will address all the related issues you may face later and give instructions to support. Without him and other wipro team members this project won't be even to be delivered...Lot of guys may look in movies, social networks and read books to find a super heros to follow as mentor, like Antman, spiderman, superman ironman etc but we miss to see next to us for super heros. "kaila vennaiya veccikittu neyikku allairavan" - The guy has cheese in hand roamed all over for vilalge to borrow butter... we have next to us like saravanan he is a superhero only thing he won't wear underwear over the pants...
the person is always ready to help, last time when I am here I didn't had the car, day in day out for 6 months he and Mohan San helped me to get to HF campus, if any help needed I can always call to him, lot of the guys in his room got the help from him to get licence. As a man to Man I can say thankyou for all your support ...
My concern is lot of senior guys and contributed to Intel accounts so when we do this guys of sendoffs, we need to do to everyone or make it a personal affair.This is my humble request to all the gentlemen and respected ladies in the room..
